United StatesI recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental in Skradin, Croatia, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The rental's location is incredibly convenient, situated close to the city bus stop and marina, making it easy to explore the charming town and its surroundings. The highlight, of course, was its proximity to Krka National Park, allowing us to effortlessly visit the breathtaking Skradinski buk waterfalls.
The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided transportation to and from the rental, which was greatly appreciated given the weight of our backpacks. Their helpfulness didn’t stop there—they were always available to answer any questions we had about the area and offered great recommendations.
The rental itself is surrounded by a beautiful home garden, adorned with olive trees that create a serene and picturesque atmosphere. We were even treated to fresh olive oil from their garden, which made cooking a joy. The views from the property were stunning, adding an extra layer of tranquility to our stay.
Overall, this vacation rental in Skradin was a perfect choice for our visit to Krka National Park. The combination of the ideal location, gracious hosts, and lovely garden made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Skradin is a beautiful place, helped by having the Krka National Park on the doorstep. We hired ebikes from Riki's and cycled up to Roski Slap and also went to see the waterfalls at Skradin. Amazing. Definitely recommend. The people are so friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They all speak very good English. Hvala Skradin.

It's the most wonderful town with loads of restaurants and...
It's the most wonderful town with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. The people all seem so friendly. It's on the Krka River and there is a lovely quiet beach and clear water for swimming. The Krka National Park is a short boat ride away - the waterfalls are wonderful.

Very friendly town.
Very friendly town. A wonderful place for visiting the Krka National Park. Riki does fantastic bike hire. Some great places to eat and is nestled in a stunning location. Would recommend staying here.

We're going back. It's that good.
We're going back. It's that good. Amazing place on the water. It's like a mini Monte Carlo. Everything good about it, but none of the bad. No crowds, just casual vacationing and evening strolls after amazing meals. Beaches and water sports, sailing, food, scenery, hikes, and more. Love this place.

A beautiful harbour town with great bars and restaurants...
A beautiful harbour town with great bars and restaurants along the river. There’s a lovely swimming beach too and an easy walk up to the fortress overlooking the town.
We walked the 4km along the river to the Waterfalls and national park - and got the ferry back - definitely worth a visit!

Great city!
Great city! Many fun restaurants and beautiful views down by the marina! We loved exploring the area and meeting some of the people there! The bakeries were one of our favorite parts! Don't bother going to the National Park though, it is way too expensive and not really that impressive unless you visit the main waterfall by boat.

It was a wonderful stay in the Skradin area. Excellent location in a peaceful environment close to the center, the entrance to Krka National Park, near the water, and within walking distance to restaurants, the town, the beach, and the castle. The apartment was amazing, luxuriously and tastefully furnished. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was furnished with great precision, cleanliness, and grace. I highly recommend it.

We were very well received by the owner, and everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay, and it is even possible to just park the car there and walk to the nearest entrance of Krka park.
