It has 4 bedrooms, a simple modern interior, and a private pool with a terrace. Our goal was to create a reliable and clean place for a normal, relaxing vacation close to the sea.
Villa Paris is located in the peaceful residential area of Kapetanova Stancija, offering the perfect blend of Istrian tranquility and coastal convenience. Just a short drive (approx. 2.5 km) from the heart of Vrsar, guests can enjoy one of the most beautiful old towns in Istria, known for its stunning viewpoints and vibrant marina.The neighborhood is ideal for those who love nature and outdoor activities, with cycling and walking paths nearby. The nearest beaches and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea are only 5 minutes away by car. For gastronomy lovers, the area is surrounded by excellent local konobas and restaurants serving authentic truffles, fresh seafood, and world-class olive oil.A large supermarket and local amenities are within easy reach, making your stay at Kapetanova Stancija both relaxing and practical.
