The village of Povlja can be found in the bay of the same name on the northeastern coast of the island of Brač, 10 km east of Sumartin. The settlement of Povlja is surrounded by numerous bays with small beaches, and there is a safe harbor in the bay itself. The remains of an ancient economic complex can be seen on the shore in the bay. The town radiates well-being and is therefore an ideal place for a relaxed family holiday.
