Property info

Villa 9 is a five bedroom villa, four of them are en suites with king size beds and a private penthouse located on the upper most floor with a private balcony and jacuzzi for you to enjoy sunsets on the Adriatic coast. Main features include outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, elevator and amazing views of the Adriatic sea overlooking Brač and Šolta islands and the Split peninsula. The Villa offers maximum privacy, with its secluded location, security system and black – out blinds. The Villa has its own private garage that can fit up to 4 cars. Basic workout equipment such as dumbbells and a yoga mat are also provided. The perfect after workout activity is to relax in our Swedish sauna.

Villa 9 is located in the vicinity of Strožanac beach (1 km), Cindro Summer house (1,2 km) and town of Stobreč (2,2 km), a former Greek colony from the 3rd century BC. The nearest airport is Resnik - Split, 25.7 km from Villa 9, and we provide a paid airport shuttle service. There is 24/7 security guard in the neighbourhood.
