The minimalist design of the house will immediately catch your eye. Simple elegance pervades from the outdoor area to the bedrooms. The 34m2 pool offers welcome refreshment on hot summer days. A beautiful terrace invites you to linger. Here you are sure to spend unforgettable barbecue evenings with family and friends, while the children play volleyball or badminton on the green area behind the house. Enjoy a great breakfast with your family and friends at the dining table on the terrace or simply move indoors when it rains. This is bright and spacious thanks to the large window fronts. The dining area connects the living room with the fully equipped kitchen. One of the comfortable bedrooms with its own bathroom is also located on the first floor.
