Family friendly oasis perfect for big families or group of friends in Podstrana 15 meters from sea and beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea spreading on 300 square meter property and 2 levels. Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms all containing smart flat TV with Netflix, high speed optical wi-fi, AC and exit to a balcony. There are 3 bathrooms, large living room area with sea view and adjoined modern kitchen, fully equipped for a long term rental that opens to an outside terrace with large dining table and swimming pool. Guests can use BBQ and parking where 5 cars can fit. Proximity to beaches and town of Split together with spaciness and comfort this villa offers makes it unique summer rental.
