Villa Andrea offers two bedrooms each with an ensuite and one guest toilet with a washing machine. Includes modern fully equipped kitchen, aircon, free WIFI, Netflix, BBQ areas with large furnished terrace, outdoor shower and a free private parking on-site. The outdoor is landscaped for ultimate relaxation with sun beds, your own private pool and views of the sea. Only 30 second walk to the beach. I live in Australia and travel every year to Sutivan to welcome all my lovely guests to stay in my home that I grew up in as a child. I am a huge foodie and have a passion for travelling. I love to treat my guests with fresh made crepes in the morning. I also love to share all the little hidden gems in Sutivan and all of Brac.
Sutivan has so much to offer when it come to scenic views, crystal clear waters, turquoise beaches and restaurants. We are located in the middle of Sutivan and it doesn’t take any longer than a 10 min walk to the centre where you can find markets, restaurants, shops, sport activities, bike tracks and even fresh fish every morning
