PEOPLE Every apartment is rent to 1 person, every other person goes upon additional 20 EUR per night. BABY SET Upon request and availability we can bring you up to 2 baby cots + baby chairs + baby carpets for additional 20 EUR per night each set. PET We accept pets (dogs and cats, other upon request) upon additional charge of 20 EUR per night per pet. Please let us know if your pet is well trained, respectful of the furniture, quiet and calm so everyone can enjoy their holidays. Would kindly ask you, due to other people in the residence, we advise you while walking around the premises to hold them closer on leash until you go outside. Also, it is forbidden for them to swim in the common open air pool, in the jacuzzi and the front beaches. There is a dogs beach in Lovran a few minutes by car. It is forbidden to let them do their needs inside the residence. There are some parks nearby, the closest just in front from the road side, to bring them for a walk and their needs. In case of violation of any of the house rules, the guests are being charged 50 EUR, as decided from all the owners inside the residence. ADDITIONAL CLEANING If the guests wish upon request it is possible to organise a cleaning during the stay for additional payments depending on the amount of cleaning. WELCOME GIFTS As a welcome present we gift you: - a high quality Croatian white wine - different teas (usually green, black, camomile & fruit) - there are some kitchen necessaries as pepper, salt, sugar etc. - toilet necessaries as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, teeth brush and paste etc. - 4-5 coffee capsules

The residence consists primarily of privately owned apartments, with only a select few available for rental. Situated directly on the seafront, the villa boasts spectacular panoramic views of the entire Kvarner Bay. Just steps from the entrance, guests can access the famous Lungomare, a beautiful 12 km coastal promenade stretching from Volosko to Lovran. Built in 1889, the same year Opatija was officially declared a climatic health resort, the Lungomare is one of the region’s most treasured landmarks, celebrated for its crystal-clear sea, lush Mediterranean vegetation, fresh air, and tranquil ambiance. Along the promenade, guests will discover charming beaches, hidden coves, cafés, restaurants, and historic villas. Villa Arentz offers two spacious and elegantly furnished apartments, each measuring 130 m² and accommodating up to 7 guests (5+2): 1. Camelia Apartment offers three bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, an enclosed balcony with folding glass panels, a private terrace, garden and a pool. 2. Rosemary Apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a TV, a kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, an enclosed balcony with folding glass panels, and a pool. Guests of both apartments have access to the two shared outdoor swimming pools, open from June to September, providing the perfect place to enjoy a Mediterranean holiday. The villa is also surrounded by a charming garden filled with aromatic herbs and edible plants, which guests are welcome to use while preparing their meals.

Villa Arentz Residence is surrounded by video surveillance and fence with limited access for security reasons. We provide private parking free of charge. In the apartment there is only 1 big TV in the living room. The residence has direct access to the Lungomare promenade with only 5 min walk to the lovely fishing village Volosko with great restaurants and 10 min walk to the Park of Villa Angiolina and center of Opatija. Only a few minutes by foot or car to the museums, exhibitions, numerous parks, local market and supermarkets Konzum or SPAR.
