The villa is situated in an elevated position with a view of the sea, even from the ground floor. Each of the four bedrooms is positioned on the first floor and has an even nicer view of the sea. Each bedroom has direct access to a terrace and it's fully air-conditioned. There is a double bed in each bedroom with a size of 1.8 x 2 m, which can also be separated into two single beds in the case of need. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share the third bathroom. The outdoor garden of the villa is about 800 square meters big and decorated with the Mediterranean and some exotic plants. The lawn is automatically watered.

For more than eight years my family is renting two nice apartments in Porec, apartments "Bellevue" and "Heart of Porec". Our guests are mostly very satisfied with accommodation and live very good reviews.

The newly built Villa Astera is decorated with a style. It is located in a village in Višnjan, 11 km from Poreč. The nearest shop and restaurant are in Višnjan, which is also known for the successful observatory. The location of the villa is peaceful with very little traffic but on the other hand, the Istrian motorway and its entry point are only 1 km away. From the nearby interesting places, you can visit Baredine cave with a depth of 132 m (Nova Vas, 7 km away), a medieval castle situated on a 130 m cliff (Pazin, 30 km away), and other Istrian historical places.
