Located between the Istrian towns of Rovinj and Kanfanar, the spacious Villa Azzurra offers a dream vacation in an authentic and traditional Istrian house with stone walls, wooden ceilings, and stone and wooden flooring. With the T-shaped floor layout, the Villa consists of the main three-story building built in the 1930s and a one-story annex, as well as a large front and back yard dominated by a 55 m² outdoor pool. The accommodation features a spacious and air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped main kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen with a fireplace and a room for table tennis. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the largest room features a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa, allowing the Villa to accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people (8 adults). The outdoor area, apart from the swimming pool and pool deck, consists of a large terrace with an outdoor table and grill, covered terrace with the well (traditional Istrian baladur), a spacious front yard with a large parking space, and a special feature: the traditional Istrian kažun (round stone house) housing a hydromassage pool for 2 people. The villa is, of course, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.

Villa Azzurra is located in the small village called Kurili between cities of Rovinj and Kanfanar in west Istria. The village Kurili predominantly focuses on family house tourism, yet it retains traces of authentic, traditional way of life. The city of Rovinj, often called the pearl of Adriatic, with its famous church of St. Euphemia is only 12km away, while the city of Poreč with its UNESCO recognized Euphrasian Basilica is 23km away. The ancient city of Pula with its famous amphitheater from the time of the Roman Empire is 34 km away, and the Limski channel is just 7km away. The historical town of Motovun, famous for its gastronomy and cultural events, is 40km away, and Grožnjan, today known as "Town of artists", is 45km away. The Dinopark Funtana is 20km away, while the aquaparks Aquacolor and Istralandia are 20km and 42km away. The Istrian region boasts a long tradition in winemaking and olive oil production.
