The construction of the house began in 2007 and it was finished in 2016. On its own enclosed property of 776 sqm, the guests of the villa have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 32 sqm, sun loungers and parasols, children playground and two parking places. Holiday home for 4 persons with a total living area of 110 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room with a two-persons` sleeping couch and exit to the terrace and the pool, equipped kitchen with dining table, two air-conditioned double bedrooms of which one with access to the terrace, shower/toilet.
