Villa is situated in a beautiful quiet place near Opatija. The new object with its own pool is surrounded by nature and offers a unique view of Kvarner. It is a perfect place to rest and escape from reality. Let yourself to be romantic, come, relax and enjoy!

Villa Vista sul Quarnero is located near the touristic place Opatija, which offers a variety of year-round tourist program. The sea and beaches are only 5 km away from the property. Nature lovers will be satisfied as the Lisina Forest Park and the Učka Nature Park are only ten kilometers away. You can spend a day on hiking or riding. Opatija and its surroundings have many excellent restaurants where you can taste various delicacies for every taste. The city of Rijeka is 14 km away. You can see many sights of Rijeka, visit museums, theaters, the unavoidable Rijeka´s Carnival etc
