We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our clients with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and all have the permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our employees in property management, Tina Haid and Claudio Jurak, who speak German as their mother tongue, are your contact persons and can also be reached on site at any time in your holiday destination.

The location of the villa is TOP, the beach (Uvala Blaz) is only 2 km away. The most beautiful resorts of Istria Pula, Fazana, Medulin are within a radius of 20 km. The ground floor is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a comfortable sofa bed for two more people. The interior is very high quality and decorated with great attention to detail. You can relax and enjoy on the dreamlike roof terrace with a view of the sea. The outdoor area of ​​the property really rounds off your dream vacation. Swim in your private pool, relax with a cold drink on the loungers or enjoy a barbecue on the covered dining terrace. No boredom even for our youngest guests, a children's playground, table tennis and bicycles are available. The property with private parking is completely fenced. Dogs are not allowed.
