Villa Bellevue is unique place in a many ways. Villa is designed and build to fulfill needs of bigger groups or a big families who need more space for their love ones. Ville has two partitions (apartments) where bigger one accommodates main kitchen and living room plus three bedrooms, while smaller partition offers as well three modern bedrooms and some extra spaces which can be used in a different ways but primary serving as extra kitchen and extra living room. Villa has total of four bathrooms and one separate toilet which should satisfy our guests and ensure coziness. Outside spaces are designed for outdoor active life and pure relaxation in the same time. Barbecue, outdoor dinning area located just next to the big swimming pool with its sundeck should play the main role. Garden pathways are connecting all garden areas where one of many has a kids playground consists of garden play house, a slide and a portable table tenis table which should keep our smallest guests joyful and happy. Villa has a total of six bedrooms spread in two house partitions, five for adults and one pure for kids and teenagers. All modern bedrooms are equipped with TV units, Air Conditioners and double beds where the smallest bedroom has a bunk bed more suitable for children but can be used by the adults s well. Big garage which can accommodate two cars and keep them protected from sun and other weather extremes is big enough so that could be transformed in table tennis court during rainy days and keep our guest active even during bed weather periods. Roof sundeck will surly become the best location for amazing Seaview photos which will be shared within social media platforms amongst the users and that would be the best advertisement for our Villa and will speak for its self.

I am former seafarer who eventually decided to stay at home, get married which eventually brought to us two beautiful boys who call me dad. Am I pretty ordinary family man who woke up on one ambitious day and decided to set the house for seasonal rent to the people from all around the world. That is my new way of meeting new people and communicate on foreign language like I did while I was visiting worldwide seaports.

Villa is located in a peaceful location but still near main roads which is great for all our guests who like to explore and visit many different locations in near proximity to our Villa. Villa is surrounded with family houses of which several also hosting seasonal guests. Overall this is a guest friendly area and people in a neighbourhood are all relaxed and approachable.
