Modern villa located in the small town of Žminj, located in central Istria. The villa is equipped with modern appliances and decorated in relaxing tones. It has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (toaster, microwave, cafeteria) with a dining table, a living room and toilet, and a laundry room. In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool, a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue for pleasant gatherings with family and friends. And another additional terrace perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

The villa is surrounded by nature and greenery, so lovers of a peaceful holiday in nature will enjoy it. Nearby are the first shops, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, banks, post office, fast food within a radius of 500m. The usual summer rhythm of free tours of Žminj's sights called Žminjska štuorija. Every Wednesday in July and August, departing at 10 am in front of the tourist office or the medieval Žminjska tower, guide Karla Čerljenko Bulić will take guests on a one-hour tour of Žminj and introduce them to the history and development of Žminj as a settlement, its inhabitants, their customs and language, sacral and secular architectural heritage, and tell them a "štuorija" about how the people of Žminj lived at 10 am. Žminj lived and worked through the centuries, how they had fun, what they ate, and how the people of Žminj can find and experience everything today. They will also be demonstrated how to make macaroni and fuži and offered homemade bread for tasting. The traditional Žminj cake, the Crown of Christ, will also be presented, as well as Žminjski ricin, a replica of an archaeological find from the old Croatian cemetery in Žminj. In this way, guests are introduced to traditional Žmin events that can also be visited at other times of the year.
