The pool area is equipped with 6 sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and complete relaxation. In front of the house, a spacious covered terrace invites you to enjoy most of your time outdoors, while the outdoor grill provides the perfect opportunity to prepare delicious meals in the open air. The house is traditionally designed in coastal style, enriched with rustic details and modern architectural elements. The villa accommodates up to 8 people, offering 3 bedrooms (two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor) and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor includes a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Additional leisure facilities include darts, badminton and mini billiards. Pets are welcome, and pool heating is available for an additional charge. Beautiful beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away, and we recommend visiting Crikvenica and Rijeka, both conveniently close.
