Hello dear traveller, This property is dating from late 19th century and has been built in the traditional style, but fully renovated in 2016 with a lot of attention to detail to preserve the historical elements. The house is situated in the old town of Visnjan, and as such it is protected as national heritage. The house spans across in total 4 levels, out of which 3 have been repurposed for short term rentals. For those on a busy schedule to leave no stone unturned, in under 30min drive, from here you can reach main points of interest, such as Motovun, Groznjan, Rovinj, Pula, to mention only a few places. The city of Porec (Parenzo) and the closest beach are just 10 km away. Perfect for cyclists if you´re looking to take Parenzana route, or all of you who simply want to travel back in time, rest and let you mind be carried away by this charming village...

We are a family of three, passionate about hospitality in a sustainable way with the respect to tradition. We are looking to leave our legacy in the community by revitalizing abandoned homes, at the same time, offering an accommodation that allows our guests to immerse themselves into local living.

Villa di Piazza is situated right in front of the antique city gate of the old town, only a few meters away from the historic square featuring an old church with belfry and beautiful viewing point looking down on Porec valley. A pittoresque street with cobblestone brings you to the top! A short climb cyclists enjoying the area would rarely miss!
