Luxury Villa Dolcea is located in the village of Kaštel, near Umag. The villa is a few minutes away from beaches and good restaurants. Villa Dolcea is beautifully decorated with best equipment and design and spreads over three floors. In the basement of the villa there is a entertainment room, table football and darts, separate toilet and additional kitchen with a fireplace for relaxation and socializing with the loved ones. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, separate toilet and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Also, on the ground floor there is a large terrace with outdoor pool, barbecue and garden furniture. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the nature, where you can enjoy and rest in the summer hot nights on hanging loungers. The whole villa is air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-TV, WiFi internet and safe. In front of the Villa Dolcea there are four parking spaces available
