Villa Elizej is located in the south of the peninsula of Istria in the beautiful town of Fazna, just across the National Park Brijuni. Villa is located in a beautiful area among centuries-old olive groves, and on the other hand, it is only a 5-7 minute walk from the city center. The villa is designed in an authentic style that provides guests with a comfortable place to stay. ACCOMMODATION 1 ("Guesthouse Studio"): The "Guesthouse Studio" is part of the Villa Elizej property, it is a separate and independent accommodation, located at approx. 25 meters from the main house where the owners live. The studio is open-plan with a kitchen and a living room, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, and kettle. In front of the Guesthouse, there is a relaxing garden with sunbeds in a peaceful environment. ACCOMMODATION 2 ("Queen Room"): "Queen Room" with its own bathroom, is a separate and independent accommodation unit, size of 17.2m2. The room has its own direct and separate entrance from the yard. The room is equipped with a TV, table, kettle, and a mini refrigerator. The room does not have a kitchen and cooking utensils, so cooking in the room is not possible. In front of the apartment, there is a private terrace of 25m2 with a table and chairs under an olive tree. Free parking in the yard.
