This newly built modern villa with swimming pool is located in Valtura, a place in the south of the peninsula Istra, north-east from 3000 years old city Pula.
Nearby this villa, 10 minutes far away, is Medulin, small town with sandy beachs and lots of beach bars. Airport is only 5 km away from the villa, and the city of Pula is 10 minutes of driving away.
