Villa Excellente Belvedere is located in a quiet and peaceful environment surrounded by nature,a great place for those who want a real vacation. Surrounded by beaches of Pula at the same time not far from the city center and highways. On Busoler of Forest Park "Busoler" area of 22.5 ha. Park forest was declared in 1996. The forest represents planted Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis Mill.), Brutian Pine (Pinus brutia Ten.) And black pine (Pinus nigra Arnold.), Age 90 years, considerable landscape value. The stand is a good age and vitality, fully dense to dense canopy. With that type of pines appears holm oak, downy and individual trees cypress.
