Villa Fierra is located in the small Istrian gem of Svetvinčenat and is ideal for up to 14 guests. The spacious 1,800 m² yard features an outdoor dining area, barbecue, sunbathing area, and a large 48 m² infinity pool. The outdoor space includes sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, and the property is fully fenced except for the driveway. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms, all with double beds, TVs, and air conditioning, and 7 private bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom, a living room, kitchen, and dining area, while another bedroom with a bathroom is located on the lower level. The first floor houses five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room.
