Villa Flamingo in Kastelir / Istria was built in 2020 and offers spacious and private rooms on 2 floors and 150 square meters, which allow up to 6 people to enjoy a great holiday together. The villa has a private entrance with a lockable gate. The modern entrance area and a spacious living-dining area with a high-quality designer kitchen are located on the ground floor. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with access to the terrace and sea view and a private bathroom with toilet. From the living room you get to the approx. 90m2 terrace with private pool. A spacious dining table, lounge furniture as well as deck chairs and sufficient shade invite you to linger. In the private garden of the villa there is a spacious BBQ area. To cool off, we recommend a glass of Prosecco and a dip in the 10m long private pool. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From both bedrooms you get to the beautiful balcony and look out over the sea. Underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, WiFi, 4 Smart TVs, washing machine, iron and parking spaces complete the offer.

Large supermarkets, branches of various shopping chains and also system catering (we recommend the fantastic Istrian restaurants!) Can be reached quickly after a 10-minute drive. By car you can reach the city of Porec in about 10 minutes, which has developed into one of the most popular holiday destinations in Croatia in recent years. You can also reach other well-known Istrian places such as Novigrad, Umag, Rovinj, Pula, Medulin, Motovon or Groznjan after a short drive. From Porec you can take a speedboat to Venice or Trieste every day during the high season. The nearby Adriatic Golf Club is a paradise for passionate golfers.
