Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautifull view over the mountains from the property and very quiet location. The standig individually villa, built in 2023 is modern and luxury furnished. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. The accommodation is 46 km from Pula Arena, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Set 33 km from Morosini-Grimani Castle, 34 km from Pazin Castle and 43 km from Dvigrad Castle
Idyllically located in nature at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can feel completely undisturbed here and enjoy your peace and privacy. The 1500 m² property, which cannot be seen from the outside, is surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. The historical city Labin with shops, galleries and restaurants is only ca 4 kilometers away. Coastal town of Rabac is only 6 km away with its sand, gravel, stones, rocks and bathing plateaus ; dog beach, fishing, diving, water sports, boat rental, boat launch etc.
