Villa Franka, 5-bedroom Villa (250 m2) for 10 persons (+4 babby cots) is located in a quiet, sunny position in large garden which is dominated Biodesign swimming pool with hydromassage and Pool house with children's corner (Montessori) and kitchen/living room. Villa was equipped with necessary appliances and basic foodstuffs. From fenced private property (2.500 m2) with garden, lawn, orchard, vineyard, flower alley and children out playgrounds to see the bell-tower of the Church of the Holy Trinity, located in the heart off the town. Special attention is paid to enviromental protection and ecology, eco treatment of fruit trees, waste separation, use toiletries (Care Collection Aqua Senses) that contain selected natural raw materials, to cleaning and laundry services, means the highest environmental certification European Ecolabel.
With more than thirty years in the tourism and impressions from his numerous travels, our wish is that Villa Frank is a place, with all the comfort of home, offers a fun and carefree holiday.
Villa Franka is situated in Nedešćina, on the eastern side of istrian peninsula, 5 km from the town Labin and 10 km from the sea (Rabac - the pearl of the Kvarner Bay). Istria is the largest peninsula and the westernmost part of Croatia, which is located on the northern coastline of the Adriatic Sea.
