The building is located in a small town Prizna... it's peaceful, quiet and secluded place ideal for a holiday. The building is made up of apartments +, where each has its own entrance and key, and there is no contact with other tenants / guests- have complete privacy. The building is located just 40 steps from the sea, in the first row to sea.IN apartments have the possibility of cooling air conditions (extra charge). In each of the apartments have their own private bathroom, kitchen, and a private terrace (sea view). The smell of the sea and fresh air is intense and beneficial for people who have problems with asthma and bronchitis. The building, and the beach is not suitable for small children who can not swim because the beach is concrete and the depth of the sea is large (about 2 meters). The sea is crystal clear and the water is very pleasant. Our beach has a private stairs to our guests, who also have the option of using the grill for socializing.
Prizna it is a small place located near the national park Paklenica and the Plitvice Lakes. Also, they are just below the Velebit and perfect the inn for hikers. To place Gospic has 55 km -to the larger city with shopping malls, nearest shop is located 5 km, and the next place Karlobag 11 km from the Villa Franko. The site and building are not just for people who want to relax but also for people who want an active vacation and entertainment, because 10 km from our facility located island Pag and popular Croatian Ibiza- plaza Zrce, where the party is held 0-24 :-) Also in the vicinity of the island Rab, who has the most beautiful sandy beach in Croatia - San Marino.
