We have put our experience and passion into this vision and we wanted to build a house which reflects our positive personalities. Our house was always full of people and we will do everything in our power that your stay will be stress-free and happy with no worries and no pressure. Just relaxation and wonder because we believe that is what holidays are made for!

Curious what makes small village Peroj in Istria so charming? It is one of the few places left where you can live like a local and search for all the unique hidden spots. You can buy a fish directly from the fisherman in the morning and prepare it on the grill while you family is relaxing in the pool. House is perfectly located on the top of the hill in the vicinity of the Brionian Islands and surrounded by the olive trees. This bright villa with five sunshiny apartments is waiting for you to make a break form your busy living and press a stop button for a few days or even better for a week. But you are active person and you need to move? With 2km long crystal pebble beach it is an paradise for sun seekers and on the other hand ideal for active holiday with fabulous biking, hiking and kayaking or stand up paddle trails. The Brioni sea channel is also very suitable for fishing. If you're a beginner and want to learn we will take you on popular fishing spot. We'll also give you pointers on how to fish; it's not as easy as it looks :).

Want to see some cultural heritage during your stay? We are just 20 minutes away from the historical towns of Pula or Rovinj and only a stone's throw away from the charming town Fažana. Here you you can take a boat to the Brioni Islands or even visit a unforgettable theatre performance by boat at night in famous Ulysess ancient theatre. The most important thing to visit is an Arena amphitheatre located in Pula which is the only remaining Roman amphitheatre to have four side towers and with all three Roman architectural orders entirely preserved.
