Private property with a house and private pool for 5+2 persons in Marčana, near Pula, Istria, Croatia. 100m2 inside of the house space consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 hydro-massage bathtub, 1 shower), spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, storage room, terrace, private pool, a small garden, and parking place. Completely fenced property, practically on edge of the village. Outside is a terrace with a 7,20 x 3,60m ceramic mosaic tiled pool and sunbathing area in the garden. There is also a built-in firewood barbecue in the garden. First neighbor is about 60m away from the house. Next to the house are only storage garages. There's a parking place in front of the house for 2 cars and more parking space in the street free of charge. There is electric car charging station IEC 62196 Type 2 available with smart consumption charging operating on 220V. Marčana is not a typical tourist place. It is a slightly remote village with normal life and increased tourist guests during summer. It is positioned to reach any town within South Istria within 25 minutes drive, and North Istria connected with Highway within 60 minutes. The property is a 10-minute drive away from the Airport Pula (PUY) and 15 minutes drive from the center of Pula city. The house is in a private location 100 m away from the road that runs through the town dividing it into two parts. In the other part which is 10 minutes walk away from the property is the center with small elementary shops, bars, a post office, and ATM. Also, for a very good restaurant you don't have to drive long – restaurant Luna is only 5 minutes drive away from the property as well as restaurant Vesna whose owners produce delicious Istrian cheese - Highly recommended. The nearest beach to the property is in Duga Uvala, 15 minutes drive away, or you can visit one of the beautiful beaches in Pula – 20 minutes drive away. Pula has a very good gastronomic scene and it abounds with excellent restaurants both in the very center and surrounding areas.
