Beautifull Villa Grace Felice is the kind of house you need for vacation. Villa is located in a small village Valbandon (Fažana) in dead end street which makes it quiet and comfortable for the relaxation. The Villa contains three separated apartments that have one mutual terrace and pool but every apartment has it's own terrace as well. This kind of house perfectly suits multiple families theatre on vacation together, they can all hang around near the pool, terace etc. but also have their private living rooms, bedroom, bathroom and other. In addition to all of the above there is a mutual grill. As said, in the spacious garden there is a pool which is 8 meters long, 3,7 meters wide and it's depth is 1,5 meetrs. The poll features it's lightning, roman entrance and comfortable deckchairs around it. Garden is completely closed so there is no worry for children to go out on the road. In the garden there are also 3 parking spots for cars. The Villa is about 1,,5 kilometers away from the sea and multiple Fažana and Valbandon beaches. Beaches features aquaparks, bars, massages etc. (depending on which beach you are going).

Hello, my name is Elida. I will try to be your best host during your stay together with my husband Zdenko and our son Ivan. My mother Gracijela has been renting this house apartments for over 20 years and we always tried to do our best to make sure our guests have pleasant stay. Even though we don't live within house coplex, we are more then willing to stay at your service. We are able to come everyday and for all your needs. We are living 3 minutes from the house . We are speaking English and Italian but any other language won't make any difficulties with your needs.

The surrounding is relaxing and ideal for a vacation harmonized with peace and satisfaction in a detached house in Valbandon. Fasana, gorgeous touristic town from which ferry lines departures to National park Brijuni is 3 km away. Pula, center and famous awe inspiring Arena is approx. 6 km away while Pula Airport is less then 11 km. The restaurant is 50m away, market and bus 1 km. Istria is like made for cycling with more than 60 marked cycling paths placed in nature and which are going through wonderful mountains and roads just by the beautiful coast.
