Beautiful modern villa only 40 m from the sea. Situated in Osibova bay on Brac island in quite and peacefull area. This newly builted villa can comfortably accommodate 8 persons on 3 floors. Villa is surrounded with mediterranean garden and is the ideal choice for all those who love the crystal clear blue sea, swimming, diving and total relaxation. Villa is a very attractive location for couples who are traveling on vacation with friends, and families. On the ground floor there is a large glass wall, that can be opened fully and offers you exit to the spacious terrace with sea view, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, reading, summer dinners etc. Size of a swimming pool is 40 m2.
Milna is a village and municipality on the western side of the island of Brač, Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. he village has a population of 833. It is situated in a deep bay oriented towards the island of Mrduja and Split Channel, on the west.The village was settled in the 16th century, by sheppards from Nerežišća. Milna is known for the Chakavian dialect being spoken here, the only part of the island where this is the case. Milna was attacked during the Battle of the Dalmatian channels on November 14 1991, the only settlement on Brač that has been directly attacked during the Croatian War of Independence. It is one of the one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Brac.
