What makes our property special is the most convenient location, it is a few minutes walking distance to the best beaches and also walking to the restaurants cafes and all important sites in Podgora. What is very special is incredible full sea view from all the floors, for everyone to enjoy.
I live during the year in Bellevue, USA. Me and my husband are both born and raised in Split, Croatia and my husband's family is from Podgora where my husband inherited some property. I am software engineer turned artist. We spend whole summer in Podgora and love Croatian coast. Our favorite thing to do is to spend time with friends and family and also take trips around islands with our boat and enjoy wonderful Dalmatian food. Swimming and diving in the beautiful and clean Adriatic sea is also very big reason why we spend the whole summer here
Our neighborhood is very interesting as at is located in quiet marina and close to cafes and restaurants. We are also walking distance to the best and most beautiful beach in Podgora.
