It is situated on a very peaceful location in Smoljanci,surronded by natural beauties and greenery,so it serves you relaxation for your body and soul. Moreover,your privacy is guaranteed. During bright days it is possible to see the seaside in the southwest.Villa is built in typical Istrian stancija style and it incorporates tradition and modern style.The interrier itself unifies tradition and modern style, too. Being led by a wish you feel nice and comfortable,there are lots of additional contents as LCD TV,SMART TV,free WiFi,espresso coffee machine,air-conditioned space and lots of other details in the house that we have decorated for you with lots of love.
There is a big pool with deckchairs,sunshade,outdoor shower and a bar which decorate the exterior and serve you when you need a refreshment.Within the outdoor bar,there is a barbecue for creating your favourite BBQ delicacies. Pool can be used hole year, for cooling or heating the water, free charge . For those more active visitors,there are bicycles,table tennis,table football and arc trainer available at the site.Our youngest guests can enjoy in many toys ,playstation,bicycles, ebicycles,ketcar et

Smoljanci is a small settlement in Republic of Croatia, in municipality Svetvincenat in IStrian county. Smoljanci is a authentic Istrian village which oozes typical Istrian beauties, buildings, stone houses, olive orchards and orchards. THere is a Swiss embassy in Smoljanci. In the village is a small market, which satisfies smaller supplies or morning bread for breakfast.
Svetvincenat is about 3 km away. There are restaurants, pizza places, coffee places, supermarket, post office, pharmacy and a castle, famous as one oft he cultural landmarks.
Smoljanci is about 25 km from Pula, Fazana and famous national park and islands Brijuni away.12 km from Rovinj,the Limeskanal is an atraction and the Aquapark porec is not far away. there are many sightseeing in the near of Smoljanci and many more....
