The fully-stocked kitchen has spacious countertops, a large farmhouse style double sink, plenty of cabinet space, microwave, oven, electric stove, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, teapots, etc The dining room has a large modern-farmhouse-style table with seating for eight. French glass doors lead from the dining room out to the pool and garden. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, small armchair with ottoman, Smart TV, area rug, stylish coffee table, and charming modern rustic chandelier. This villa has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms with bathrooms are upstairs. If you would like to use pool heating, it is 200 euro/week. The deposit is 500 euro/week.

The beach of Peruski is one of the nicest beaches on the Istrian coast. The aquamarine sea is calm and clear. Villa island view is just a 5 min drive from the beach through a beautiful forest way. Istria has many hiking trails as well. Stroll through olive groves or pristine forests of holly oak and cypress trees. In spring, wild asparagus are plentiful. In summer, flowers lay a colorful carpet over the meadows. The closest restaurant to Villa Island View is about 600 m. The supermarket is a ten-minute walk. There is an aquapark and airport in Pula just 20km away.
