Villa IVaLA is located in a small town of Galizana in the immediate vicinity of the capital of Istria, Pula. The villa was designed by the owner himself. Stylishly furnished villa on two floors with a magnificent roof terrace and sea view from the whole villa to the famous island of Brijuni is built completely new in 2023. It offers you comfortable rooms that are modernly equipped. Outside area consists of large heated pool (32m2) and whirlpool, which offer you an spa effect even on colder days. The villa also has two large covered terraces with a barbecue area and a children's playground. The house is fenced and offers two parking spaces. In front of the house there is a green meadow with a beautiful view of the sea, vineyards and olive groves. The nearest beaches are in Fazana, Stinjan, Valbandon and Peroj, about 5 km away. You can also visit the popular cities of Pula (5min), Rovinj (25min), Medulin 20 (min), Motovun (35min) and the Brijuni National Park, where countless sights from Roman times await you and where you will also be well catered with culinary delights. Shops are in the village about 500m from the house, bakery, small grocery store and three small cafe bars are within walking distance. A large supermarket and the first restaurant and pharmacy are only 2,3 km away in the nearby town of Vodnjan. Large shopping centers, numerous restaurants and bars, the hospital and the airport are also only a few kilometers away in the nearby city of Pula. First of all, we would like to introduce ourselves: We are a small family with 4 members: father Ivor, mother Biljana, daughter Laura and son Ivano (from whose names comes the name of our holiday home "IVaLA" originates IV=Ivano, a =and, LA=Laura). In search of a place where we can have a good rest from work and everyday duties, we built this house with a lot of our own effort and work, so that many details in the house have a "personal touch" and their own story of creation. We hope you will feel here like staying home, just like we do.
