Modern Villa Ivana is designed for up to 8 persons in wonderfully decorated 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining room and separate kitchen; one bedroom with private bath and pool access, and one guest toilet. A large stairway decorated with artistic paintings by renowned Croatian artists leads to the first floor of the villa where there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Two bedroom have balconies, each with sea view and overlooking a pool area. In the big green garden there is a large pool (36m2 big, 1.30 deep) surrounded by deck chairs and a vacation area under gazebos with table and chairs and BBQ. Rich concierge service. Free access card for Lanterna where sand beaches and children's entertainment are. Extra charge: residence tax and cleaning fee.
