The newly built luxurious Villa IVKA offers a pleasant, relaxing summer stay with a
beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands (Brač, Hvar, Šolta...) It is
located in a quiet environment of Podstrana, ideal for a comfortable vacation, within walking
distance of the most beautiful Grljevac beach. This private property offers an infinity pool with hydromassage and eco-filtration that ensures excellent hygiene and health conditions. What makes Villa IVKA special is the private fenced yard that provide security, peace, free private parking, barbecue equipment. Villa contains many corners for enjoyment, activities and rest in complete privacy. In addition to swimming in the pool and sunbathing our guests can play table tennis, have fun with darts and cards. Children can find fun in the children's garden with a trampoline, slide, etc.
The luxury Penthouse Apartment for 6 people contains 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and 3 fully equipped bathrooms with a modernly designed shower and one toilet in each. What makes this Penthouse special is the beautiful private terrace for relaxation (sun loungers) and plenty of space for gathering and socializing with unobstructed views of the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands.
The modern Palma Apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a hall, a bathroom and a spacious area that combines a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to a covered terrace next to which there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a landscaped garden with furniture for sitting, resting and relaxing. The living room has a large leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining room and kitchen are modernly equipped with all appliances for preparing delicacies and socializing.

Podstrana is a charming tourist place just 10 km east of Split, offering a peaceful escape from the urban bustle with its cristal-clear Adriatic Sea. Nestled beneath the slopes of Mount Kozjak, Podstrana boasts stunning view of islands Brac, Hvar, Solta and the open sea, making it one of the most scenic spots on the Dalmatian coast. It is home to some most beautiful beaches in Central Dalmatia including the popular Grljevac beaches with shallow waters perfect for families. This place is famous for its 8 -km-long promenade ("lungomare") lined with pine and tamarisk trees, cafes, and restaurants - ideal for relaxed evening walks, cycling, or morning jogs.
