This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is located in Prižba, on the southern side of the island of Korčula, and is an ideal choice for two families or a group of friends. The house consists of two separate accommodation units with individual outdoor entrances. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a fitness room and direct access to the pool. The first floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to a spacious terrace offering a panoramic sea view. A swimming spot is located just across the local road, with steps leading down to the sea, a concrete sunbathing platform and a small pebble beach suitable for children. A restaurant is nearby, and within only a 2-minute drive you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the island – Ratak Beach, well known for its various facilities. Rent a boat, explore the nearby islets and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of this attractive part of Korčula.
