Experience the Leisure Lifestyle at KARIZMA! Villa Karizma is situated close to the seaside with beautiful view on Brijuni islands National Park. Villa consists of two floors and roof terrace. The ground floor of our modern villa consists of living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms and bathroom. From the ground floor there is a direct access to the outdoor area. The other two double bedrooms, another bathroom, as well as a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, are located on the first floor. The 234 square meter villa can accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The absolute highlight of the villa is large roof terrace with a hot tube and fantastic view of the sea and nature. In the well-maintained, completely fenced plot, there is a private pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, a table tennis table and a beautiful covered outdoor dining area. In the villa's garden there is a barbecue. Bicycles are at your disposal. Private parking is available on the property. The closest beach (Peroj Beach) is only 500 meters away.

Villa Karizma is located in a quiet environment in a village Peroj with several holiday homes. Peroj near Fažana, is a very popular vacation destination known for its clean beaches and evening beach promenade with numerous restaurants and beach bars. The first restaurant and supermarket are only 400 meters away from Villa, and Fažana is 3.5 kilometers away.
