A luxury villa with a pool located 150 meters from the nearest beach with an amazing view of the sea and the mountain massifs. For this season, we have prepared for you to rent a spacious family apartment for 10 people with a size of 160 m2 located on two floors of the villa, namely on the ground floor and the 1st floor. On the ground floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own entrance to a large south-facing terrace with a view of the sea. The terrace has a large dining table with chairs and an outdoor grill. On the 1st floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and an entrance to a large balcony on the south side of the villa with a view of the sea, as well as a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and an entrance to the balcony. There is a dining table with chairs on the balcony. On the north side of the villa there is a private pool of 24 m2 with sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture, providing plenty of privacy. A large dining table for ten people, a ping-pong table and another outdoor grill are available in the fenced part of the area. From the large southern terrace and balcony there is a breathtaking view of the open sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar, while on the northern side you will be surprised by the amazing view of the mountains. The entire villa is air-conditioned, has free WI-FI and is luxuriously furnished. A large private parking lot is available to guests free of charge.

There are five restaurants in the village of Staniči, a few bars and two small gocery stores. Besides relaxing, sunbathing and swimming in the sea and the private pool it is possible to visit Omiš (3 km), where you can find beautiful sand beaches and a historical city center, Split (37 km),go canyoning (in Omiš - where the river of Cetina flows into the sea), go fishing, biking, rafting or mountaineering. You can take boat trips to Brač or Hvar from Omiš, experience Blue Lagoon and other exciting places.
