Villa Kate smještena je u mirnom selu Lepuri, 10km od grada Benkovca. Kuća je idealna za miran i opuštajući boravak sa prekrasnim pogledom na zalazak sunca i okolno područje. Sadrži tri spavaće sobe i dvije kupaonice na katu, a u prizemlju je potpuno opremljena moderna kuhinja, blagovaonica i kupaona. TV ravnog ekrana i klima uređaji nalaze se u dnevnom boravku i svim spavaćim sobama. Imate i privatan parking, besplatni WIFI u cijeloj kući. Iz dnevnog boravka se izlazi na terasu ispred koje je bazen 10mx4m s ležaljkama i pergolom. Na raspolaganju Vam je i natkrivena vanjska kuhinja sa roštiljem te prostor za zabavu s pikadom, stolnim tenisom i nogometom. Villa je okružena uređenom okućnicom gdje se nalaze cvjetne gredice i sezonsko povrće iz vlastitog uzgoja kao ponuda našim gostima. Možete posjetiti Nacionalni park Krka, Kornati, Ornitološki park Vransko jezero, Park Prirode Paklenica.
