Situated in breathtaking bay of Lučice, near Milna, is just one of four villas ( in one of them is also a restaurant ) in the bay so you can have your privacy with private beach and berth for boats, parking, BBQ, fireplaces, heated pool, sauna , big terraces and gardens around the house. and everything else you need for perfect vacation like coffee machine, microwave, ice maker, luxury linen and towels. Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen, all with spectacular sea view are all decorated in warm shabby chic style with custom made furniture and carefully planned details for truly unique experience. Villa Kate is ideal for you either you want a real Robinson Crusoe vacation with endless beach days in crystal blue sea but also convenient enough with location for exploring Brač, Split or other islands.. Don't worry, supermarket, pharmacy, caffes and restaurant are all five minutes away by car so you are secluded but also very well connected. Reserve Villa Kate and enjoy!

My name is Kate, well yes, just like the Villa Kate. :) I have been in tourism business for almost two decades and me and my son Peter would love to show you around and provide you with some good local tips for your perfect stay at our little town of Milna, at Island of Brač. Our family is from here, and we come here every summer, so we definitely know the best places to go and see! A bit about our Villa Kate... Villa Kate is especially close to my heart because we have built it ourselves and decorated ourselves, therefore, it has be named by me :) When we built Villa this year, we have invested our time to carefully plan and chose every single detail as if we were to live here ourselves. I am passionate about interior design and every shabby chic decoration has been personally chosen by myself. I really hope you will like it should you chose to stay here with us :). I am looking forward to having you here and for receiving your feedback. In my spare time, I enjoy walks and cuddles with my shi tzu Gringo or I visit my daughter who lives in London.

Stay at Milna’s most beautiful, quiet and peaceful bay (Bay of Lučice) and discover paradise! Distance of the center of Milna town is 1.8 km (20 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive). Milna was previously a fishermen’s town and nowadays a beautiful touristic Mediterranean spot with lots of restaurants, bars, and cultural events taking place during the summer. The peaceful bay of Lučice only has three houses, being a perfect environment for you to fully relax. Closest restaurant is 2 minutes’ walking away.
