Villa KaTess is situated in the most exclusive part of Split, in a peaceful and quiet area near to the Marjan Forest Park. It is just 10 minutes away (approx. 1km) from the Split city centre - Riva Promenade and Diocletian's Palace. The popular city beaches Ježinac, Jadran and Kaštelet are also only 10 minutes away. Enjoy your holiday days by the heated pool in a wonderful Mediterranean garden with the open-air dining area and a beautiful sea view.
Hello! My husband Luka and I most like travelling, meeting new people, new cultures...We visited many countries worldwide and we believe that because of it we know what people want to experience in the properties they rent.
The elite part of Split, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and on the other hand, only 10 minutes from the city center, the most popular city beaches and the Forest Park Marjan. Parties, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited in the rented property.
