Villa Kostela was named after the many nettle trees that have adorned this old stone beauty for 30 years. The property is spacious and consists of two fully equipped, new apartments, 45m2 swimming pool and the entire yard, which includes a garden, fireplace, private parking and several outside dining and relaxing areas. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchen. It is important to emphasize that the apartments of the Villa Kostela are physically separated and offer exceptional privacy. If you love nature and want peace and relaxation, this Villa is the ideal choice for you! The hosts will be residing nearby, so in case you need something you can contact them 24/7. Villa is located in the small village of Ložišća, on a small hill. The place is known for a specific bell tower which is the work of the famous Dalmatian sculptor Ivan Rendić. Villa Kostela offering a stunning view of surrounding nature making you feel like you living in postcard. The whole place is united with nature and is perfect if you want peace and relaxation. In the yard you can enjoy table tennis, badminton or listen to music on the large portable speaker while grilling or swimming in the pool.
