Charming Villa LeANN is surrounded by beautiful green scenery with various mediteranian selection of plants and amazing outdoor areas with swimming pool. The spacious pool area provides a divine choice of spots to catch the sun rays or to find shady corners in the beautiful garden. Located in Okrug Donji, 300m from the sea, the Villa gives you the perfect solution for a peaceful vacation and at the same time inspires for the long lasting dinners and outstanding get-together moments on the spacious terace with large dining table. You can also enjoy in the panoramic sea views from terraces on the roof with outdoor seating. The villa comprises two separate apartments. The first one on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms; one double bedded and another with one big single bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, modern and fully equipped kitchen including dining table and chairs, living room and the smart satellite TV. The first floor of the villa is accessed by an external stairs. It is a duplex apartment with a separate entrance, 2 double rooms; 2 bathrooms with shower, modern and fully equipped kitchen including dining table and living room.
Miljenko was master mariner and Antonela was civil engineer, now retired. We like gardening and travelling.
The Villa LeANN is located in quieter part of village Okrug Donji, under the hill Gomilica, above the pine tree forest and the sea.
