Villa Lily is a beautiful, almost 150 years old Istrian house (semi-detached) built in 1865 in the traditional way using rough stone and traditional building materials. The house was completely renovated in 2009 and in the reconstruction was taken care of the preservation of the original appearance of the house. Situated on the edge of the picturesque town Visnjan with beautiful panoramic sea view, the house disposes with an enclosed garden of 700 sqm where is situated a beautifully maintained garden with children’s playground, an outdoor swimming pool of 25 sqm, parking for two vehicles and a large covered terrace with sitting furniture and barbecue. Villa with swimming pool for 6 persons with a total area of 140 sqm situated on three floors. It consists of a ground floor where is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with one person sleeping couch, a foyer with table football with exit to a large covered terrace with table and chairs.
