Villa LM is a detached vacation rental property located in Krnica, Istria. Villa LM can sleep up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue. The pool heating is on-request and for an additional fee. Please contact Agni Travel for more information. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request at an additional charge of 10 Euros per day each. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
