Welcome to Villa Loqua in Lovran, Opatija Riviera, your perfect weekly seaside escape! Nestled in a peaceful location with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, this elegant villa offers a unique blend of comfort, privacy, and Mediterranean charm. With a total usable area of 280 m², including 141 m² of stylish indoor space, Villa Loqua is ideal for families or couples seeking rest and relaxation. Guests can unwind on spacious terraces, enjoy the private garden, or take a refreshing dip in their own private swimming pool, all while soaking up the sea views. The villa is available exclusively for weekly rentals, providing a quiet and uninterrupted stay in a truly serene environment. We welcome guests from Saturday (or Sunday) to Saturday. Late Check-in or early Check-out: Any check-in/out requested outside the standard window requires prior written approval from the property host. If an late chack-in or early check-out request is approved, an additional administrative/operational fee of four hundred euros will be charged (to cover off-schedule staff presence, possible property inspection, and cash deposit return). Late check-in or early check-out does not entitle the guest to any refund or reduction of the total rental price.

Step outside for hiking or mountain biking on Učka mountain, or take day trips to beautiful nearby towns like Opatija, Mošćenice, Veprinac, Kastav or Brseč. House Rules & Atmosphere: This semi-detached villa is set in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxation. To maintain the calm ambiance, loud music is not permitted during the day, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please Note: The villa is not suitable for groups of young adults planning a party-focused stay.
