Very old dalmatian House, on the village local beach has been converted into modern facility, by keeping the House 'old' style, and preserving the 'sould' of surrounding environment. It has all one need for private, enjoyable holidays. Private pool, outside dinning area, night ligths, barbecue, separation from the outside world (but still there in the center!), beautifull large terrace overseen the bay of Sutomiscica. It is just nice!
After the carear in computing, (Queen Marry College, Imperial College, London), I've moved back to Croatia, started painting, ..., and started to live life!
10 meters from the Villa Luna there is local village beach with a beach bar open in summer. It is sand beach. The best wild beaches could be reached by boat or car. Marina "Olive Island" in Sutomiscica or private speed boat services, could provide transport, on agreement. Walking from the property towards the end of peninsula, stone beaches are found. Visiting ancient castle of St. Mihovil, build by Crusaders, walking distance 1.5 hours, with magnificent views of Adriatic islands is to be ... Access to the sea: In the front of Villa Luna, there is local beach with shower and the beach bar. Literary, 10 m. In the summer, there is a lot of people there. It is a sand beach, but not a natural one as you can find on some other parts of the island. To access wild beaches, you have to use either bicycle / car or for most of them, the boat. Detail map of all natural sand/stone island's beaches is provided on property. Speed boats for transport could be arranged. Doctor, emergencies: There is a local doctor and pharmacy (every day) at two places on the island: Preko and Kali. In the case of an emergency, speed boat is arranged by the doctor for patient transport to Zadar Hospital.
