We have all necessary legal documents, that confirms legitimacy of our travel agency and possessive rights documents of immovable property. We are direct and rightful owner of the houses. We are pleased to invite you having holidays in our villa with apartments. Your holidays on the Adriatic Sea, in a small and cozy town Supetar (island Brač) will be unforgettable! We also invite people, who like the beauty of nature, who are interested in history and ancient culture. If you are romantic and like calm holidays, if you like travelling and want to see new places – creeks, small cities with lots of museums, villages with old buildings, if you like marvelous see-views of the Adriatic – holidays in Brač are really for you. One more house for comfortable holidays of our tourists is <VILLA MARE>. This a nice three-story villa, which is situated in beautiful and quiet place, near the park and in 150 meters from PLIVA Gulf. There is a small sand beach there. The house has six detached apartments with personal entries. In all apartments there is everything for comfortable living: microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, CATV, air conditioners. Outside there is housekeeping area, where tourists can leave their beach things, lilos, bicycles, baby strollers, you can also use two charge less washing-machines there. The yard is large and green, there are playground, swing, a big veranda made of white stones for your rest and sunbathing. Behind the house there is grill for meat and fish and a small dining area with stone table, where you can have dinner or supper. You can park your car in front of the house. This house is great for families with children, for seniors and people, who care about such things like where the house is situated and how far is it from the sea. The distance to the sea is 2 minutes on foot. The nearest beaches are Bijeli Rat Pliva Тri Mosta Banja The nearest supermarket - 2 minutes on foot. Tennis-courts – 5 minutes on foot. Amusement rides – 10 – 12 minutes on foot. The town centre, ferry station - 15 minutes on foot

Supetar has got well-developed infrastructure. Near the centre of the city there is a marine terminal, from where go comfortable three-deck passenger ferries from the city Split throughout the year and every day ( 5 am – 24 pm). This permanent ferry service allows the tourists, who rest in Supetar, to reach the historical landmark of the Roman Empire of 4th century – Diocletian’s Palace, which is situated on the embankment of Split. Diocletian’s Palace is world cultural heritage of UNESCO. Near the ferry station the bus station is situated, from where you can reach other places of the island by regular busses. There are also taxi stand and RENT-A-CAR offices - rental store of cars, scooters, quads, electromobiles and bicycles. In the city always work health care centres: hospital, emergency ward, children’s polyclinic, first-aid station, dental clinic, two drug-stores. In case of emergency a helicopter with health professionals or rapid water taxi may be sent from the hospital in Split to the island. There are two hypermarkets in Supetar - TOMMI and LIDL, beauty care and household chemicals shop, a few supermarkets, fruits and fish markets, butcheries with a great choice of meat products and specialties. A lot of cafes, restaurants-konoba, pizzerias and bars will surely amaze you with their variety of dishes.
