We are couple in retirement enjoying in gardening, long walks along the Adriatic Sea. We are happy to have the opportunity to share our 5 appartments with people from around the world.

Our house is called "Villa MARIA" and is situated in green and urban part of Novigrad in Istria. On groundfloor are situated 2 studio apartments ( max. 3 persons) and 1 appartment for 4 persons. on 1st floor are 2 appartments ( max occupancy for 4 and 6 persons) while on 2nd floor is our apartment and we stay always on guests's disposal. Private parking in front of house is free of charge. Garden with grill is on common use for all users of the house. Free WI FI internet and SAT TV. All appartments have Air conditioning.
